The past years have really worked almost perfectly for this hunk of a man, having boosted his international stardom with movies like the X-Men series, Van Helsing, The Prestige and the recent blockbuster Australia, with Nicole Kidman. Not to mention, having been named People Magazine's Sexiest Man Alive for 2008.

This year promises to be bigger, better and hopefully bolder for Jackman as he hosts the 81st Academy Awards on February 22, 2009. The Oscars will be held at the Kodak Theater in Hollywood. Then in May, hot man Jackman reignites his X-Men fandom by playing the self-healing be-clawed Logan in the spin-off X-Men Origins: Wolverine.
